Terms and Conditions MY TRANSFER GROUP

Service agreements are the conditions governing the relationship between users and suppliers, managed and controlled by MY TRANSFER GROUP. Your rights and duties are detailed in these terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions may be modified and posted on our website with some periodicity, as well as other information contained on the website and the information displayed on the vouchers. Users (customers) agree to be legally bound by our organization by these Terms and Conditions when booking and taking any of our services. Please note that your contract is being performed directly with the provider providing the service at destination and may also be linked to its terms and conditions.

By making a reservation through us, you agree that the contract is made with the local provider for the execution of the services offered through our platform, and not with MY TRANSFER GROUP.

MY TRANSFER GROUP acts as an intermediary between you and the provider. MY TRANSFER GROUP is not the provider of the transfer services, it only acts on behalf of the providers and is not directly linked to the execution of the transfer.

MY TRANSFER GROUP collects the personal data needed to process the bookings generated by passengers and accomplish the legal requirements for processing of this data.

Registration for platform management and user agreement

Registration process. User registration is required to use the platform. Registration is free and requires the user to accept this terms and conditions. To complete the registration process, the user is required to provide certain details (first and last name and email).

Passwords. The user is required to keep their password secret. You have no right to allow third parties to use your account. As soon as the user is aware or has reason to believe that a third party is accessing their login details or can access their user account, they are obliged to notify MY TRANSFER GROUP immediately to correct the situation and MY TRANSFER GROUP will have the right to block the user account if it deems it appropriate.

Bookings

Arrangement of service agreements. Service agreements between the user and service providers are generated through the platform as follows: first, the user indicates the desired service (transfer from/to airport, local service, reservation by hour), selects the city where the service is required, the arrival and/or departure dates and the number of passengers. The fee for the services will be displayed according to the different options that may apply. The user then chooses the type of vehicle and included needs, details of arrival and departure of flights, name of the hotel or destination, address, telephone number and confirms. In addition to these terms and conditions, the booking conditions that apply at the time of booking will apply. To make a reservation you must follow the steps defined on the platform by stepping in the requested data until you complete and confirm the reservation. In case the route or product you request is not available on the platform, you can contact our customer service team to process your request as a tailored reservation. The platform allows all bookings to be made with at least 48 hours before the date and time of the first transfer. In case you require a shorter time, you can contact our customer service team to validate with the supplier at destination the availability and thus coordinate the service appropriately.

It is your responsibility to ensure that both the addresses and locations of the pickup and the destination are accurate and complete with all the necessary information to ensure the correct provision of the service. Correcting any errors made during the booking process will be subject to our modification and cancellation policy.

We have the right, on behalf of the local Supplier, to refuse any booking request generated. If we are unable to assign your booking request to a Provider, we will send you an email to inform you in with enough. We will recognize your booking request by issuing a voucher on behalf of the Supplier to the email address you gave us when placing the order. Once the reservation is assigned, the provider's details will be provided on the voucher (name and contact numbers).

In cases where the payment is made by credit or debit card, you confirm that all the data you provide us for the purpose of acquiring the Services of the Supplier are correct, that the credit or debit card you use is yours and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation on behalf of the Supplier.

For bookings that are correctly assigned to a supplier, the system generates a voucher with the transfer details, local provider details, and a booking code. It is your responsibility to check the details of your reservation in the document before the trip and inform us if there are any mistakes. MY TRANSFER GROUP is not responsible if the data entered at the time of making your request is incorrect.

Vehicle type and description: please note that when booking a private transfer, it can be provided in any type of vehicle of a range (limited) depending on the destination, and we do not guarantee that the assigned vehicle is accurate to which it can be reported at the time of booking, but will always be of a similar range.

Fees and Payment

The price that applies for any service is the price shown on our website on the date and time the reservation is made. Correction may be requested after booking and the indicated price may not be accepted in cases where the selected product does not correspond to the correct data of the service to be provided at destination. In such cases you will be informed to make the relevant correction, and in all cases you can decide whether you accept the new conditions and make a new reservation or if you decide to cancel the reservation, in which case you will be refunded 100% of the value you initially paid.

Modifications and Cancellations by the client and/or the Agency

By the platform you can make corrections that do not modify the fare initially agreed such as an increase in the number of passengers until the capacity of the vehicle initially booked accepts it, modification of time of arrival or departure of the flight (in case there is no difference in fare between day and night time if the change is made between these schedules), modification of contact details of the main passenger (name, phone number), arrival flight numbers or departure hotel arrival or pick-up. In case the modification generates an increase in the rate you must cancel the reservation initially generated and make a new one. All changes can be handled directly by the agent 48 hours prior to the transfer. For less time, you should contact our customer service team to validate whether the change is possible, and the change does not generate extra-costs.

Cancellations to any booking can be made through the platform 48 hours in advance without incurring any cost. For bookings between 24 and 48 hours in advance, you must contact our customer service team to proceed with the cancellation and for reservations less than 24 hours in advance it will not be possible to make the cancellation and no refund applies, so 100% of the transfer will be charged.

Modifications and Cancellations by the Local Provider

If the local provider requires to modify or cancel a transfer for any special reason, we will inform you in a timely manner and try to present different alternatives that do not generate an extra-cost. If an extra-cost is presented, we will inform and validate to understand if it is agreed to modify the reservation with these new conditions. In any case, this will be the responsibility that our company assumes with our customers for these types of events.

MY TRANSFER GROUP Responsibility

Our liability is limited to the publication of fares and information about the products and services that our suppliers market through our platform, to deliver the booking information generated by our customers to local suppliers, and to inform our customers of changes or conditions that the local supplier must deliver to the agency for the proper provision of the service.

We do not accept any liability for the information we pass to local operators in good faith for you. We do not accept any liability for illness, injury, death or any loss of any kind. This includes loss, damage or theft of baggage or personal items that any passenger may have with them. Any claim about it must be processed between the company and the local transport provider or be covered by a contracted insurance.

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to show at the hours and places agreed at the time of booking so that the transport services can be provided correctly. In the event that for any reason the passenger doesn´t show up at the time assigned in the reservation, contact the local operator at the telephone numbers that are delivered on the vouchers to inform in a timely manner and evaluate the possibility of modifying the schedule or the place of collection. These last-minute modifications can generate extra-costs or can be considered last-minute cancellations as the local supplier may not have availability of vehicles and/or drivers to assign a new service.
